A LA CARTE SERVICES
Prenatal Care
Have your prenatal visits in the convenience of your home, office or wherever you are. You No longer have to wait for the Doctor have the Doctor come to you at your location at your designated time. Each visits are personal, peaceful and integrated patient centered care with a duration of 45mins.
Global All inclusive Package
Will involve 12 individualize prenatal care visits as well as two ultrasounds (1st trimester and 3rd trimester) (Nuchal Translucency and Anatomy scan are billed by outside Maternal Fetal Medicine) all bloodwork (lab fee not include) and a Delivery fee. (Separate from hospital fee which will billed by your insurance)
Individualized Prenatal Visits
Each visits are designated one on one appointment with your provider where you will address all of your concerns and answer all of your questions. A full assessment of your progress will involve weight management and check, Blood pressure evaluation and urine check as well of fetal well being. Then your provider will address how well you are doing by inquiring about your mind and spirit surrounding your Pregnancy. All sessions are at least 45mins.
Telehealth Consultation and Visits
Take a regular or sick visit from the comfort of your home. With HIPPA Zoom Platform. Your information and conversation is well protected. Both Gynecological or Obstetrical Issues are welcome.
Gynecological Care
Who says you can't have a pap smear in your home. Have your annual gyn visit at the convenience of your home, or during your lunch break without having to take a day off. Do you have a gynecological emergency that requires you to be seen immediately but does not warrant an ER visit have the gynecologist come to you.
Annual Gyn visits
This includes a physical exam, a pap smear and mammogram referral (if needed). As well as Blood work (STD testing or Wellness check)
Gynecological Sick Visit/Family Planning
This includes any gynecological related issues such as; Abnormal Vaginal Discharge, STD's, Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding, UTI, pelvic pain, Breast issues etc.....Family Planning includes: Birth Control, IUD etc....
Pelvic Ultrasounds
Yes we also do portable ultrasounds for 1st trimester and fetal growth and gynecological ultrasounds for pelvic mass, ovarian cyst, fibroids etc....
We also provide telehealth visits for gynecology, medication refills and OCP refills.
